Q: When will I receive my order?

Q: I need my order ASAP. Do you do overnight shipping?

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Visit our shipping info page here for all the information on shipping!

Q: How do I remove the paint from skin?

A: All of the paints that I sell are water based theatrical makeup, and are made for skin. All you need to do is use soap and water to remove it! I find that it also helps it come off quicker to lightly swirl over the paint with your fingernails in the soap...no harder than if you were scratching an itch.

Q: Is your makeup/paint hypoallergenic?

A: "Hypoallergenic" means that something is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. However, the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) says that consumers need to realize that no federal standards or regulations exist that govern the use of this term "hypoallergenic." The decision to use this term lies with the manufacturer, and may be applied to any product without any demonstration or proof that the product causes fewer allergic reations than others. Basically, the term "hypoallergenic" has little meaning and is mainly used as a marketing tool, and it is impossible to guarantee that a cosmetic product will never produce an allergic reaction. The best way to avoid allergic reactions is to know what substances to look for and avoid. To help with this, I have copied the ingredient lists in all my paints in the next few "FAQ's". For more information on the term "hypoallergenic," check out this FDA page.

All of the Kryolan paints I sell have been dermatologically tested for safety. In my 12+ years using Kryolan paints, I have never heard of anyone having any allergic reactions to them. I also have painted at two parties for children with severe food allergies, and they also have had no reactions. However, as noted above, it is important for you to know what substances you are allergic to so that you can avoid them.
