shipping infoOur Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being processed, whenever possible. (If your order is placed after business hours, it will be processed the next business day & ship within 24 hours from then.) As soon as I print out your shipping label, I will send you the tracking number (if you choose Priority Mail which includes tracking) via an email from Google Payments.

Items on Backorder: Please note that your credit card is not charged until I personally tell Google Payments to charge it. So, in the event that something is out of stock or on backorder, I will let you know via email. You will then have the opportunity to have me only charge for in-stock and ready-to-ship items, or let me know if you want to still receive it when it's in even if it takes a little longer. If I hear no response, in general I will wait until all items are in stock before shipping.

You will be given two shipping options at checkout: USPS Priority Mail, or Parcel Post. If you choose Priority Mail, your package should arrive within 2-3 business days in the continental US, and will include insurance and tracking. If you choose Parcel Post, it will save you a little money, but keep in mind that your package will arrive in an unknown amount of time (usually within a week), with no tracking number and no insurance. You take on the risk of a lost package by choosing Parcel Post and denying the insurance and tracking.

When ordering, please double check that you have typed in your shipping address correctly! We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if we are given the wrong address. If a package is sent to the wrong address and is returned to us, you may be required to pay for postage again to ship it to the correct address.

Need it asap? Contact me first and tell me the items you need and your zip code, and I will calculate overnight shipping costs. If you approve those costs, I can send you a custom invoice to complete your order with your custom shipping included.

Ordering from outside the USA? You must email me before placing any orders with the items you want & your shipping address to get a custom invoice that includes your custom shipping costs, because the website is only set up to calculate US shipping. Also, please note that I am not allowed to export any Kryolan brand products outside of North America due to exclusivity agreements currently in place between Kryolan and their overseas distributors.
